About THIS OPPORTUNITY:
As our Drywall & Paint Repair Technician , you will be the face of our finishing work to the clients. Your primary focus is delivering high-quality, polished results while fostering clear communication and maintaining a professional presence. This position offers a perfect balance of consistency, meaningful work, and long-term skill development—ideal for a detail-oriented professional committed to excellence.
This Drywall & Paint Repair Technician role requires the demonstrated ability to work carefully, communicate effectively, follow safety protocols, and maintain a professional appearance. This role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based at the job site, reports to the Project Lead, and works closely with the rest of the onsite team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Hang, tape, patch, and finish drywall in occupied condos and apartments
Perform paint repairs and blending to match surrounding finishes
Install and remove dust and debris protection daily
Reset vanities, cabinets, and light fixtures as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate clearly with project leads, teammates, and residents
Follow safety protocols and company quality standards
Maintain, foster, and develop productive relationships including with co-workers, other departments, clients, subcontractors, and vendors

Key Requirements :
4+ years of prov en experience with drywall hanging, taping, patching, and painting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Team player with a positive “no job is too big or too small” attitude
Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs., walk regularly, and climb steps occasionally
Must be 18+, authorized to work in the US
Salary Range: $25 - $35 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
