As a Licensed Plumber at SageWater , you will be the face of our high-rise condo repiping projects. Your primary focus is delivering high-quality, code-compliant plumbing work while fostering clear communication and maintaining a professional presence on every job site. This position offers a perfect balance of consistency, meaningful work, and long-term career growth—ideal for a licensed plumbing professional committed to excellence.
The Licensed Plumber position requires the demonstrated ability to work safely, lead or support plumbing crews, mentor less experienced team members, and maintain a clean and organized job site. This is a full-time, hourly position based on Oahu, reporting to the Project Manager, and working closely with the onsite team.
Install and replace piping systems to UPC code standards
Lead or support plumbing crews, depending on experience
Mentor and guide less experienced team members
Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
Communicate clearly with project managers, crew leads, and residents
Follow company quality standards and safety protocols
Active Plumbing License in the state of Hawaii
5+ years of experience working in plumbing
Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs.
Own basic hand tools
Must be 18+ years old, authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Have reliable transportation to job site daily
Must already reside in the state of Hawaii
Salary Range: $42 - $50 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
