Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Project Manager to co-deliver dry dock projects, monitor budgets and schedules, and coordinate with shipyards and vendors from our South Florida offices. The role requires onsite presence in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale with 25-50% travel.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure safety/regulatory compliance, and report progress to senior management. Prior dry-dock project management experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with maritime focus or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in IT software including AutoCAD and project management tools.
• Able to coordinate complex dry-dock/repair processes with multiple parties.

Responsibilities

• Manage dry-dock master schedule (3-5 per year) and monitor budgets.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead planning meetings and liaise between stakeholders and contractors.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
