Job summary

Princess Cruises in the United States is seeking a Manager, Dry Dock Planning & Support to independently lead the dry dock planning process for assigned vessels. You will coordinate with shipboard and shoreside teams, external partners, and leadership to ensure milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.

The role requires facilitating large meetings, driving risk mitigation, and delivering documentation within approved timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cruise Industry or shipyard operations.
• Experience in multiple drydocks in the cruise industry.
• Proficient in project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead dry dock planning for assigned docks with milestones, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate planning activities including loading, berthing, and turnaround readiness.
• Ensure deliverables align with procedures and planning standards.
• Support development of planning systems and continuous improvement.
• Develop interference, outage, and risk mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate post-drydock reviews and capture best practices.
