Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Dry Docks to lead strategic dry-docking planning for our global fleet from our Miami hub. You will coordinate with GMO, Brand Deployment, and Newbuilding Revitalizations to ensure efficient, compliant dockings and proactive capacity management.

Strong engineering and project leadership are essential. The role demands securing docking windows, engaging major shipyards, and driving cost-effective executions while ensuring safety and regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required or preferred.
Experience in project management and coordinating with multiple stakeholders is essential.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are required for liaison with shipyards and vendors.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for dry-docking planning for the RCG fleet.
Develop long-term shipyard relationships and capacity planning (5-year horizon).
Lead docking slot planning and align with itinerary strategies across brands.
Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Ocean Operations to optimize dockings and budgets.
Provide technical due diligence on shipyards and benchmark performance.
