Drybar is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to create an exceptional guest experience. You’ll be the welcoming face, check guests in, manage appointments, process payments, and promote Drybar memberships while keeping the front desk running smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service).
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Professional, positive demeanor under pressure.
• Basic technical proficiency with POS and booking systems.
• Ability to stand/walk for 6–8 hours shifts.

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, such as retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems strongly preferred
• Previous salon or spa experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional, personalized customer service
• The ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfort working at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail
• A professional, positive demeanor, even under pressure
• Basic technical proficiency and the ability to learn and operate POS and booking systems
