Job summary

Balboa Bay Resort & Club seeks a Drybar Receptionist to deliver exceptional client experiences from check-in to checkout. You will manage the Booker system, ensure accurate payments, and support shop flow while upholding Drybar standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, restocking displays, merchandising products, and contributing to a positive team environment. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and check them in/out, upholding Drybar standards.

• Assist with beverages, display restocking, and merchandising tasks.
• Provide product, tool, and membership information to clients.
• Ensure punctuality and preparedness for shifts, attend meetings.
