We also expect our Stylists to contribute to the success of the team and the shop.**Duties & Responsibilities*** Perform client consultations* Shampooing, blow-drying, and styling a client’s hair* Client product education* Recommend product, tools, and memberships to clients* Completing shop side work; including but not limited to cleaning, sweeping, inventory, dishes, and re-stocking product shelves* Meet scheduling requirements* Consistent performance of responsibilities* Attend any mandatory shop meetings* Build a positive and trusting relationship with members and guests**Other Responsibilities/Supportive Functions:**In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions:* Regular attendance in conformance with our standards* Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs including weekends, holidays, etc.* Maintain cleanliness of the Drybar and equipment* Research new techniques and trends## Qualifications**Qualifications (relevant experience, education and training):**The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.* Functional Skills & Learning* Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform a blowout to Drybar standards.
