We also expect our Stylists to contribute to the success of the team and the shop.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform client consultationsShampooing, blow-drying, and styling a client’s hairClient product educationRecommend product, tools, and memberships to clientsCompleting shop side work; including but not limited to cleaning, sweeping, inventory, dishes, and re-stocking product shelvesMeet scheduling requirementsConsistent performance of responsibilitiesAttend any mandatory shop meetingsBuild a positive and trusting relationship with members and guestsOther Responsibilities/Supportive Functions:In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions:Regular attendance in conformance with our standardsDue to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs including weekends, holidays, etc.Maintain cleanliness of the Drybar and equipmentResearch new techniques and trendsQualifications (relevant experience, education and training):The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.Functional Skills & LearningHas the functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform a blowout to Drybar standards.
