Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Jerome, ID seeks a Dry Packaging Operator I to package products while meeting safety and quality standards. You will handle bags/totes on pallets, fill and label, seal, and support automated systems in a fast-paced packaging area.

Requires a high school diploma, ability to follow SOPs and HACCP, and good documentation skills; knowledge of GLP and GMP is helpful. Competitive benefits and room for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, understand, and adhere to documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, test procedures, and HACCP).
• Ability to follow written, verbal and diagrammatic instructions; complete simple checklists and required documentation.
• Decisions administered soundly and consistently with policies and in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate functional and technical knowledge, ability to learn new skills quickly, and achieve a high level of accomplishment.
• Please note that an adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting wage of $20.33. Two pay increases within the first year up to $1.00 $1.50. Shift Differential + Double Time on Sundays. Monday - Wednesday every other Sunday 5AM to 5PM.
