Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is seeking a Dry Packaging Operator II to join our packaging team in a fast-paced dairy processing environment. You will feed and seal bags, label totes, and support automated systems within strict safety and quality guidelines.

Expect to follow SOPs, HACCP plans, and GMPs while collaborating with coworkers to maintain clean, efficient lines. A high school diploma and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand SOPs, GMP and HACCP documents.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Basic math and computer operation skills required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete checklists.

Responsibilities

  • Place bags/totes on pallets and ensure proper labeling.
  • Fill, seal and label bags/totes per SOPs.
  • Sustain and support automated packaging systems.
  • Clean and sanitize packaging area, walls, floors, and equipment.
  • Assist coworkers and follow quality and safety procedures.
  • Report potential food safety issues to management.
  • Follow HACCP, GMP and safety protocols; participate in safety practices.
