Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is seeking a Dry Packaging Operator II to join our packaging team in a rotating 5:30 to 5:30 shift. You will place bags on pallets, fill and label totes, seal, and support automated packaging systems while maintaining sanitation and QA compliance.

The role emphasizes following SOPs, GMP, HACCP plans, and safety procedures, with opportunities for advancement, tuition reimbursement, and a strong emphasis on teamwork and quality throughout production.

Qualifications

• Experience following GLP/SOP/SDS/GMP and HACCP procedures.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

• Place bags on pallets and prepare for shipment.
• Fill bags and totes, ensure correct labeling.
• Seal bags and totes after filling.
• Support automated packaging systems and assist with line tasks.
• Clean and sanitize packaging areas, walls, floors, and equipment.
• Follow SOPs and Master Sanitation Schedules and QA policies.
• Report potential food safety issues to management.
• Adhere to GMP and HACCP programs; participate in safety training.
