Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of drying lumber species.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to analyze production data.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with maintenance.
• Ability to plan, implement, monitor, and report production.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Set and monitor lumber drying schedules by species.
• Select sampling boards and test moisture during drying.
• Perform stress tests and track daily moisture loss.
• Lead hourly production employees and ensure safe execution.
• Develop training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to site policies and meet production goals.
