Micron Boise is seeking a Dry Etch Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and sustain semiconductor manufacturing processes in a brand-new fabrication environment. You will work with multi-functional teams to improve yield, quality, reliability, and productivity.

You will gain hands-on experience, apply engineering fundamentals, and grow your career while solving complex manufacturing challenges across AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM field; Bachelor's or Master’s required or soon-graduating.
• Graduation within 24 months or recent graduate.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and process engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities demonstrated in projects or internships.
• Effective communication and collaboration within teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development and optimization of dry etch processes to improve yield and performance.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, issues, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with integration, equipment, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet goals.
• Contribute to process qualifications, experiments, and continuous improvement projects.
• Apply data analytics and explore AI-assisted workflows to enhance monitoring and productivity.
