You will help develop, optimize, and sustain dry etch processes for high-volume memory manufacturing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve yield. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and the use of AI-enabled tools to automate workflows, analyze excursions, and drive product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in process development/optimization in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of SPC and process monitoring methodologies.
• Experience applying AI or AI-assisted tools to improve engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain semiconductor fabrication processes for yield and quality improvements.
• Analyze excursions and issues using SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis, and 8D methods.
• Evaluate new equipment, materials, recipes, and technology changes with compliance to requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce variation and support new product introductions.
