Job summary

You will work with experienced engineers to improve yield, quality, reliability, and productivity while applying engineering fundamentals and data analytics to advancing manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field listed in qualifications.
• Graduating by start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• Knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing, materials science or process engineering through coursework, internships or co-op.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills from projects or research.
• Ability to communicate technical information and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support development and optimization of dry etch processes to improve product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Analyze process and manufacturing data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with process integration, equipment, manufacturing and quality teams to meet production goals.
• Participate in process qualifications, experiments and continuous improvement projects using statistical methods.
• Apply data analytics and explore AI-assisted workflows to enhance monitoring and productivity.
