Job summary

Intel Corporation in Albuquerque seeks a Module Group Leader to guide Dry Etch teams, drive technology transfer, and ensure robust manufacturing readiness for new devices.

You will lead module engineers and operations engineers, shape safety, quality, cost, and yield improvements while scaling operations for current and future fabs. You will collaborate with Equipment, Yield, and Process teams to implement tool modifications and optimize production throughput.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of silicon, wafer fabrication engineering or process development experience.
• Advanced degree in a related STEM field constitutes a strong plus.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead module engineering teams in technology development, process enablement, and feasibility studies.
• Provide direction for daily factory operations, yield improvements, and efficiency initiatives.
• Drive equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiency and cost.
• Support process and hardware development for device architectures and tech transfer.
• Develop and coach engineers to build technical leadership for ramp and growth.
