Prosum is seeking an experienced Dry Etch Engineering Manager to lead process engineering in a high-volume wafer fabrication environment. You will manage engineers and technicians focused on process stability, yield improvement, and manufacturing efficiency, driving new technologies from concept to production.

The ideal candidate has deep dry etch expertise, semiconductor manufacturing leadership, and a track record of improving quality and capacity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering leadership in a semiconductor wafer fabrication facility.
• Hands-on knowledge of AMAT, Lam Research, and Tokyo Electron equipment.
• Strong understanding of dry etch processes and process-control methods.
• Experience with CMOS/RF manufacturing and device yield relationships.
• Proven track record in DOE, data analysis, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor process engineers and technicians to meet performance goals.
• Oversee process control, sustaining engineering, and continuous improvement in dry etch.
• Drive process optimization, yield improvement, and manufacturing efficiency projects.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, equipment engineering, process integration, and R&D teams.
• Evaluate and qualify new equipment and process capabilities.
• Develop process specifications for emerging technologies and transitions to production.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improved performance and consistency.
• Share best practices across locations and provide technical leadership.
