Job summary

GlobalFoundries seeks a Global Etch Module lead to drive global cost, productivity and quality improvements across worldwide Fabs. Lead standardization, BKMs and collaborative projects with SMEs to elevate Module/Operations performance.

You will own Etch tooling roadmaps, partner with Procurement/IE, and work with central engineering, finance and quality teams to optimize Fab operations. Travel ~20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• 11+ years of industry experience.
• Strong background in Semiconductor process, modules and/or Operations/Manufacturing.
• English language proficiency (written & verbal).
• Travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive global cost, productivity, and quality improvement opportunities with worldwide Fabs.
• Standardize and optimize procedures, measurements, and drive global cross-Fab improvements (FDC, test-wafer usage, PM).
• Be an influential global contact and leader for OneGF Etch topics; drive BKMs across sites.
• Bring SMEs together and drive benchmarking, brainstorming, and actions to improveModule/Operations performance.
• Drive benchmarking and gap assessments between Fabs; roll-up status and plans to exec management.
• Own and lead Etch tooling roadmaps in collaboration with Fabs, Procurement/IE, to support long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with Fab Modules, Ops/Manufacturing, central engineering/IE/Finance/Quality teams to improve Fab operations.
• Be a true partner to Fabs to maximize wafer outputs while balancing cost and quality.
