Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on dry etch equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs.
• Document issues, parts replaced, and equipment status; support startups and shutdowns.
• Follow safety, cleanroom, chemical, electrical, lockout/tagout procedures.
