Headway Technologies in Milpitas, California, is looking for a Dry Etch Process Technician to support the engineering team in the dry etch area. The role involves assisting with process recipes, documenting procedures, and expediting prototype wafers for evaluation.

The candidate will work under the Sr. Manager of Dry Etch Process Engineering, collecting data, performing basic analyses, and helping implement improvements while following safety guidelines in a cleanroom environment.

Formación

• Associates degree in Electronics or Industrial Technology or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of dry etch, IBE, or RIE.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provides support to engineering teams in dry etch process areas.
• Prepares, maintains, and sets up recipes for efficient processes.
• Reviews and documents processes and procedures with engineering.
• Expedites and dispositions prototype wafers in the dry etch area.
• Assists engineers in dry etch process development experiments and analyzes data.
• Maintains SPC-based process controls and prepares charts/graphs.
• Adheres to safety policies and participates in continuous improvement.
