Qualifications

• 2–4 years in the dry cleaning industry or a related fast-paced environment.
• Willing to train the right candidate with a proven work history.
• Ability to lead staff and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and retain employees to achieve high quality standards.
• Responsible for daily and weekly reporting.
• Responsible for overall quality of garments to the customer.
• Support the satellite locations with communication, quality, and operations.
• Responsible for PPOH and cost of goods.
• Achieves financial objectives by operating within a budget.
• Maintain a professional appearance for the store and team at all times.
• Maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
