Laundry Capital Co. LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, manage people, and ensure accountability. The role requires strong leadership, driving productivity, and delivering profitability for the location.

You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling within payroll budgets, and maintain equipment, safety and customer service excellence. This position offers full-time hours with a 45-hour baseline, typically Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail sales.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team.
• Willing to submit to drug and alcohol screenings when requested.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours per shift.
• Able to lift 35 pounds.
• Professional communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to train store associates in assigned tasks.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Screen and select staff for store location.
• Develop training procedures and evaluate top talent.
• Maintain safe, fair work environment with accountability.
• Schedule employees within payroll budgets.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain tools/logs for equipment and store operations.
• Keep store clean and stocked with essentials (carts, tables, TVs).
• Respond to security and equipment issues promptly.
• Train staff in retail sales and upselling.
• Execute promotional programs with accurate logging.
• Submit weekly sales and other information on time.
• Suggest initiatives to improve store financial performance.
