Job summary

Synergy Flavors, Inc. is hiring a Dry Blend Compounder for 1st shift in Wauconda, IL. The role involves compounding in a production facility, weighing dyes and chemicals, and ensuring batch accuracy. You will collect samples for lab testing and follow food safety guidelines with proper PPE.

Responsibilities include following batching instructions, operating mixers and blenders, and maintaining batch documentation while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED Preferred.
• Must have basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow batch instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard batching instructions to measure or weigh ingredients.
• Lifting of heavy drums and bags with proper PPE.
• Transfer materials, set up equipment, monitor temperatures and consistency.
• Test batches and complete batch sheets with accurate documentation.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while adhering to safety guidelines.
