Job summary

Bell Flavors & Fragrances is seeking a Dry Blend Operator in Northbrook, IL to operate and maintain blending equipment for dry blend production. The role supports quality, consistency, and efficiency in our flavor manufacturing plant.

The successful candidate will follow GMP and safety guidelines, lift up to 50 pounds, and collaborate with the production team to meet customer specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Must follow written instructions and recipes accurately.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, especially in flavors/food.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and using lift tables.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and determine proper sequence based on customer needs.
• Select appropriate blender for batch size.
• Obtain and load raw materials; position materials for loading; forklift operation required.
• Mix according to recipes; ensure proper sequencing.
• Pack out products with proper labeling and palletize.
