Job summary

Synergy Flavors, Inc. is hiring a Spray Dry Packing Operator for the 2nd shift in Wauconda, IL. This full-time role supports packing production, data recording, and adherence to CIP and food safety standards.

You will transfer materials, set up equipment, and maintain accurate documentation while following safety policies. The position offers a starting wage of $19.50 per hour plus a $1 shift differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform basic math and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack production batches and monitor equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Record production data accurately on forms and documents.
• Follow CIP and cleaning sanitation guidelines.
• Transfer materials and set up equipment, supplies, and packaging materials.
• Learn and apply food safety concepts and report quality issues to leads.
• Work safely and follow company safety policies; perform duties without defects.
