Job summary

State of Mississippi – Division of Medicaid (DOM) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a Drupal-based website redevelopment, ensuring ADA Title II compliance and strong governance. You will coordinate with Tyler Technologies and other vendors on content migration, QA, UAT, and launch readiness, while engaging stakeholders across programs.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading large-scale website redevelopment projects across full lifecycles.
Experience in public-sector or government website redesigns with substantial content libraries.
Proven vendor management and collaboration with external technology vendors.
Knowledge of ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
Experience designing web governance frameworks and content workflows.
Strong stakeholder engagement and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day execution with external vendors; oversee content auditing, migration workflows, QA, UAT, and pre/post-launch readiness.
Lead ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance efforts across the website redevelopment.
Design and implement a sustainable web governance framework, content workflows, approval processes, SOPs, and training materials.
Engage leaders across program areas to gather content requirements, facilitate reviews, and drive approvals.
Provide weekly status updates to leadership; maintain decision logs and content inventories; flag risks.
