Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Music Teacher to lead music lessons in our stores, helping students grow and enjoy making music within our culture of integrity and inclusion.

You will teach using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum, partner with store Lessons Lead to manage student headcount, support customer service, and foster ongoing relationships with students and families toward musical progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument proficient in such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard.
• Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area they will be teaching.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based off the needs of the community
• Teach students utilizing the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum
• Assist with Customer service as needed, helping to build and maintain long term students by creating a great experience
• Additional duties as assigned
