Job summary

Guitar Center Inc. in California is seeking a dedicated Music Teacher to deliver lessons through the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum, helping students grow their skills and enjoy making music.

You will partner with the store Lessons Lead to schedule sessions, retain students, and foster an inclusive culture centered on integrity, passion, and respect while expanding the student base.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field
• Ability to teach the instrument that they are proficient in such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
• Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area they will be teaching

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum
• Increase student count ensuring each student grows and enjoys playing music
• Nurture culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect
• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs
