Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking a Music Teacher to deliver lessons aligned with the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. You will work to grow the student base, ensure students enjoy playing music, and support a culture of integrity, inclusion, and musical passion.

You will collaborate with the store Lessons Lead to schedule students and provide exceptional experiences, while communicating progress with families and maintaining high standards of customer care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument that they are proficient in such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
• Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area they will be teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.
• Increase student headcount and ensure ongoing growth and engagement.
• Assist with customer service as needed, helping to build and maintain long-term students by creating a great experience.
• Additional duties as assigned.
