Job summary

Guitar Center Inc. is seeking a dedicated Music Teacher to deliver lessons through the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.

You will work to increase student headcount while ensuring every student grows, enjoys playing music, and aligns with our culture of integrity, inclusion, and respect. Collaborate with the store Lessons Lead to schedule lessons, teach proficiently on instruments such as drums, guitar, and keyboard, and provide outstanding customer service to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument they are proficient in (e.g., Drums, Guitar, Keyboard).
• Demonstrated competency and proficiency in their teaching area.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
• Increase student headcount and ensure each student grows and enjoys playing music.
• Partner with the store Lessons Lead to schedule lessons and build long-term student relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service to support student retention and engagement.
