Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a capable leader to guide capability development for Drug Product at its Marietta site. You will design end-to-end capability strategies, partner with HR and site leadership, and build learning programs across operations, quality, and engineering to sustain performance.

You will deploy digital learning tools, create dashboards, and lead the Learning Council to ensure readiness for manufacturing changes and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a GMP Drug Product manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical or operational field.
• Experience designing or governing capability systems and learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of GMP, quality systems and training requirements.
• Ability to influence across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Own Drug Product capability strategy and 3-year roadmap.
• Deploy digital tools, AR, AI to scale capability-building.
• Develop training materials and dashboards for Drug Product manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with Ops, Engineering, MSAT to align content with needs.
• Design and maintain capability operating system within manufacturing.
• Lead Learning Council and manage roadmaps for Drug Product operations.
• Drive adoption of major capability deployments via change enablement.
• Build role-based learning pathways and competency expectations.
• Measure training effectiveness and improve learning approaches.
• Prepare readiness materials for new product introductions and changes.
