Qualifications

PhD/MD or PharmD qualification.
Extensive experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
Experience working closely with Medical Affairs teams to shape strategy, build capabilities and enhance ways of working.
Proven leadership experience leading teams or cross‑functional initiatives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strategic storytelling and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end capability program development with clear, strategic narratives for senior audiences.
Synthesize complex information to craft pragmatic stories that advance Medical Affairs priorities.
Partner with senior stakeholders to develop bespoke, enterprise‑wide capability programs.
Act as a trusted thought partner—bringing external insights and clear recommendations to influence stakeholders.
Build and foster a global capability network and drive continuous improvement.
