Qualifications

• Significant experience leading global learning, capability, or operational excellence in a complex, regulated environment.
• 15+ years in learning, training, quality, operations, or organizational development; biopharmaceutical or life sciences experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business/operations/engineering/life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Knowledge of GxP learning, quality systems, inspection readiness and regulatory expectations.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the global PDS Learning strategy, multi-year roadmap and portfolio.
• Own the GxP learning strategy and risk-based framework across PDS.
• Translate strategy and priorities into an integrated learning agenda with measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance and standards across central, functional, and site teams for global consistency.
• Lead governance for audits/inspections and remediation of learning-related observations.
