Kroger Family of Companies in Falcon, CO is seeking a Drug/GM Department Manager who will lead daily department operations, ensure a safe, clean shopping environment, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will help meet sales and profit goals by supervising staff, managing inventory, and implementing company standards.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to handle pressure, basic math skills, and a commitment to our Customer 1st philosophy.

Responsabilidades

• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome, important and appreciated.
• Communicate department information to associates and promote teamwork.
• Develop adequate scheduling to manage customer volume during hours of operation.
• Coach associates on performance and participate in performance appraisals.
• Adhere to local, state and federal laws and company guidelines.
• Maintain product knowledge and respond to customer questions.
• Inform and educate associates about current promotions and seasonal ads.
• Assist management with budget, P&L reviews and financial reporting.
