Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome and appreciated by answering questions.
• Develop and implement a department business plan to achieve desired results and monitor expenses.
• Schedule daily, weekly and monthly price changes and manage inventory.
• Train department associates on inventory/stocking and CAO; supervise processes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and company guidelines.
• Assist store management with budget, profit and loss reviews and action on financial reports.
