Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director, CDA Strategy in Princeton, NJ to lead the data acquisition strategy for clinical trials, including site-based data, external data, eCOA and device data. You will shape the technology roadmap, drive automation and AI, and partner with senior leaders to ensure data quality and end-to-end data flows.

The role requires deep experience in clinical data acquisition, strong leadership, and adherence to GCP/ICH guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in clinical data acquisition strategy, technology and processes.
• Experience with data integration, automation and AI in trials.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive data collection strategy across sites, external data, eCOA and device data.
• Develop technology roadmaps to deliver strategy, automation and AI.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to establish industry-leading data capture capabilities.
• Develop senior leadership communications and business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
