Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience using advanced analytics techniques in the pharmaceutical industry with market research exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) preferred.
• Proven ability to work with pharmaceutical secondary data to identify insights that inform brand strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills with cross-functional governance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee synthesis of data from multiple sources to extract meaningful business insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Lead adoption and application of advanced analytics including AI and machine learning to enhance insights generation.
• Collaborate with Brand Leads and cross-functional partners to answer business questions and support senior leader presentations.
• Develop standardized reporting frameworks and predictive models to support strategic planning.
