Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and a safe, clean environment.
• Assist department manager in achieving sales goals and QA standards.
• Answer customer questions about department products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest items to customers.
• Offer product samples and inform about Drug GM specials.
• Suggest Drug GM items to meet customer needs.
• Check sell-by dates and take appropriate action.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to ads and promos.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Notify management of accidents or safety risks.
• Report any safety issues or illegal activity observed.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle conflicts professionally and cooperatively.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity with customer data.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Provide support to minors, seniors, or individuals with special needs.
