Job summary

Examinetics is seeking a Drug & Alcohol Testing Services Administrator in Overland Park, KS. You will manage DATP orders from initiation to completion, coordinate with laboratories, MROs, and sites, and ensure timely, compliant results and documentation.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and confidential handling of testing information in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of work.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and documentation.
• Experience in administrative, customer service, healthcare, or compliance roles is preferred.
• Willingness to learn drug and alcohol testing processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process drug and alcohol testing orders per client requirements.
• Place and manage testing orders across platforms, labs, sites, and vendor systems.
• Monitor open orders and follow up on outstanding collections, results, and documentation.
• Process testing results and generate client letters and reports within turnaround times.
• Coordinate with MROs, labs, sites, and vendors to obtain results and resolve discrepancies.
• Support DOT and non-DOT testing programs and different client protocols.
• Maintain accurate testing records and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve testing issues.
