Asociación Puertorriqueños en Marcha (APM) is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Program Supervisor in Philadelphia to oversee clinical staff and ensure quality, compliant services. The role involves supervision, case management, and staff development within a multi-faceted program that emphasizes ASAM criteria and accurate documentation.

The position requires a Master’s degree with licensure, ASAM training, and experience supervising clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field and professional licensure.
• CAC or CDAC licensed or qualified to supervise.
• ASAM training completed for program compliance.
• Motivational Interviewing training and competency.
• Minimum two years of paid clinical supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Credible documentation and medical records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum one-hour individual supervision for SAC per month.
• Provide minimum one-hour group supervision for SACs per month.
• Document supervision within 48 hours; conduct case conferences with the doctor and SACs.
• Implement policies for outpatient drug and alcohol services in compliance with laws and funders.
• Manage SAC caseload and assign new clients; ensure ASAM-based treatment plans.
• Oversee billing, documentation, and ongoing staff training and development.
• Lead training and development activities; ensure timely progress and billing readiness.
• Ensure in-person signatures and accurate intake documentation; support billing.
