Chimes in Kennett Square, PA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Drug & Alcohol Program. You will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and guidance to program staff while maintaining a direct connection to client care.

The role favors a licensed clinician with hands-on practice and a passion for developing staff, improving outcomes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a nonprofit health services environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Two years of post-graduate experience in behavioral health.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Active Pennsylvania clinical licensure strongly preferred (LPC/LSW/LCSW/LMFT or related).
• Experience in substance use disorder/drug & alcohol treatment settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, consultation, and support to program staff.
• Mentor and develop team members to promote high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Onboard and train new staff on agency policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and program standards.
• Assist in employee development and performance evaluation processes with the Program Coordinator.
• Guide challenging situations and crisis interventions as a clinical resource.
• Monitor program outcomes and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide direct client services as needed to support program operations.
• Complete timely documentation and authorizations per agency and payer requirements.
• Maintain required licenses, certifications, and continuing education.
