Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Direct Response TV + Billboard Strategist to turn offline media into measurable online actions. You will engineer offline campaigns, optimize budgets, and collaborate with creative and data teams to drive immediate revenue.

You will design attribution-ready campaigns, secure responsive channels, and push programmatic DOOH strategies to reach targeted audiences with efficient CPAs.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, with expertise in DRTV, CTV, or Programmatic OOH.

Responsibilities

• Engineer the Offline Click and drive DR performance across TV, CTV, and OOH.
• Architect the Response Mechanism for assets (QR codes, vanity URLs, text-to-buy, geofenced pools).
• Ensure offline spend maps to digital attribution and measurable lift.
• Lead tactical media buying and planning with vendors.
• Collaborate with studio to adapt social creative for TV/Billboards.
