Job summary

FINRA is seeking a Principal Analyst to create, maintain, and update training modules for DRS regional job categories and to train new regional hires. The role involves delivering just-in-time, customized training on new rules and policies and refreshing staff on quality-control topics to ensure consistent work quality.

The candidate will partner with regional offices, design content with Quality Control teams, and supply training across all staff levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of training design or related experience.
• Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
• Experience in the dispute resolution field and FINRA arbitration context preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of FINRA/SEC rules and DR procedures preferred.
• Ability to translate complex material into clear, actionable training content.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional offices to conduct On-the-Job Training for new and existing staff.
• Identify and prioritize risk to inform training content design.
• Build program content design and facilitation for introductory and ongoing development.
• Address skill gaps and support real-time assignments and tasks.
• Deliver training on new rules, procedures, and policies across all staff levels.
