Responsibilities

  • Track trends and assist in corrective actions.
  • Support cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Assist in gathering/distributing customer surveys and feedback.
  • Direct workflow and workload assignments for the team.
  • Explain the claims process to claimants by phone or written communication.
  • Inform claimants of required documentation and status and timelines.
  • Support a quality service culture within the team.
  • Serve as a customer liaison to resolve application-related issues.
