Job summary

Gunslinger Auctions, LLC is seeking a transfers clerk in Orange and Azusa, CA to guide customers through ATF Form 4473 and California DROS, process transfers, and maintain transfer records during busy auction periods.

The role requires 21+ and experience in firearms retail or FFL environments, with strong compliance knowledge and excellent customer service. Flexible part-time or full-time hours, and an employee discount are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in firearms retail or FFL-licensed environment.
• Must independently guide customers through ATF 4473 and CA DROS.
• Strong knowledge of federal ATF and California firearms laws.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through 4473 and DROS paperwork from start to finish.
• Process firearm transfers in full compliance with state and federal law.
• Maintain accurate acquisition and disposition records.
• Verify invoices and confirm customer eligibility.
• Assist with post-auction pickups and high-volume transfer periods.
• Support showroom and storage organization.
