Job summary

Gunslinger Auctions, LLC is seeking a transfers clerk in Orange and Azusa, CA to guide customers through ATF Form 4473 and California DROS, process transfers, and maintain transfer records during busy auction periods.

About the Role

Orange, CA (Gunslinger Auctions) and Azusa, CA (Gunslingers Gun Shop).

Supports firearm transfers and DROS processing during active auction and retail periods. Guides customers through ATF Form 4473 and the California DOJ DROS process from start to finish. Assists with inventory handling, post-auction pickups, and showroom operations.

This is not a paid training role. You must arrive ready to process transfers independently. If you have experience in firearms retail and are looking for a more flexible schedule and a better employee discount than big-box retailers can offer, this role is worth your time.

Physical requirements

Physical requirements: frequent lifting of 8 to 10 lbs, occasional lifting up to 30 lbs, standing and walking throughout the shift.

Schedule

This position is open to part-time or full-time arrangements - schedule and hours are flexible and negotiable based on your availability. We are outcome-focused: consistent, accurate work is what matters.

Reference hours - Orange: Tuesday and Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Azusa: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

Must be 21 or older.

• 21 years of age or older

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience (DOE).
