• 2+ years of experience supporting customers, procurement activity, order management, or related business operations.
• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Find and purchase the right products for transactional, program, RFP, and large-bid needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on special projects, contract renewals, SKU issues, and vendor compliance.
• Negotiate cost, availability, and logistics to deliver competitive, profitable solutions.
• Tap into vendor networks to identify sourcing options for best-fit products.
• Develop pricing solutions that support margin targets and convert opportunities.
• Support requests for products outside standard replenishment, including daily dropship and special orders.
• Keep internal and external customers informed with timely updates on orders and expediting needs.
• Contribute to departmental buyer goals and team results.
