Quanex is hiring a Drop Mill Operator for the 3rd shift (10:45pm–7:00am) in Ohio. The role involves cooling, mixing and processing compounds in the mill, ensuring quality and safety.
You will operate machinery, monitor production, identify issues, and maintain equipment cleanliness while supporting procedure updates. Qualifications include 1–2 years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to work weekends with general computer skills.
The primary requirements of the Drop Mill Operator are to cool off, properly mix and process compounds through the mill within allowable specifications.
