Job summary

Connections for the Homeless seeks a Drop-In Program Manager to lead daily operations and people management across Drop-In locations in Evanston. You will supervise frontline staff, ensure data integrity in HMIS, and support crisis response and service coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in social services, housing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory/management experience in human services.
• Strong de-escalation and trauma-informed care knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor 8 direct reports across Drop-In locations.
• Oversee HMIS data quality, documentation, and case notes.
• Provide floor-level leadership and crisis management support.
• Coordinate with program leads for staffing, operations, and policy.
• Ensure program policies align with agency values and care philosophy.
